PK Fitness Apps (the “Company”) is the creator of the Workout Companion app products and services (the “Application”). We are a Delaware corporation with our headquarters in California, USA.

Use of Apple Technologies
We’re committed to keeping your personal information safe and protected. That’s why we leverage Apple’s innovative technologies to safeguard your privacy on your device wherever possible. Apple shares our philosophy that personal data should always be protected on your device and never shared without your explicit permission.
Our Application utilizes Apple Health and the HealthKit API to receive heart rate from your Apple Watch. You will be asked to grant permission to read heart rate from Apple Health. Your permission to access Health data will be requested and is required for the proper operation of our Application.

Personal and Workout Data Collected
Our Application does not collect any personal data. Our Application collects heart rate from your Apple Watch in real-time and delivers this information to your workout equipment connected via Bluetooth.
Heart rate data is transmitted to your connected device and never stored.
Use of Information
We do not use any information collected by this Application for any purpose other than reading Heart Rate from your Apple Watch and delivering that heart rate to your connected workout equipment.
Sharing Information
The Company does not sell, rent or disclose any data collected by the Application. We do not otherwise disclose any data collected by the Application to any third party unless required by law or in connection with a legal claim or proceeding.
Sharing By Choice
You may choose to share your workout summary data including the heart rate delivered by this Application on other applications and networks, such as Facebook, Snapchat, and Twitter. Please read the privacy policies of those applications, because any data published on those applications and networks are not governed by this Privacy Policy.
Security
The Company takes reasonable steps to protect our users, however, you accept that no digital data source can be guaranteed to be secure from access by unintended recipients and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security should one occur.
Disclosure
We may disclose information upon governmental request, in response to a court order, when required by law, to enforce our policies, or to protect ours or others' rights, property or safety.
We may share information to prevent illegal uses of the Company’s products and services or violations of the Terms of Use or to defend ourselves against third-party claims.
Minors
Our Application is intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13.
